Situated next to the sea, just above the seaside promenade in Lovrans centre, Hotel Excelsior - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor and indoor swimming pools with heated sea water and a sauna. The stone-paved beach is nearby.
